Choose who when the pronoun does the action. Choose whom when the pronoun receives the action or follows a preposition in formal English. For an everyday question, who is often the natural choice even when it is the object.
Use who for a subject; whom is an object form used in more formal styles. Everyday English often uses who as an object too.
Put broader or more personal descriptions earlier and words that classify the noun closer to it. A common sequence is opinion, size, age, shape, color, origin, material, purpose, then noun. Use only the details that the listener needs.
Use a familiar -holic word when its informal tone suits the situation. For a neutral or sensitive description, say what the person does or likes instead of giving them a label.
